Naomi Wilbur, Ms sophomore winterfest princess, Sophomore president, Naomi has stuck by my side this whole school year. Coming into the program I was so excited to finally get close with her, and so was my mom. One day during summer break, I remember my mom asking when I was going to hang out with Naomi, because “she would be a good friend to eventually have.” Flashforward 7 months, and she is one of my best friends. We finally got close when we both housed forgein exchange students at our houses this year. The best part of hosting them was when we both realized it was one of my students birthdays, and we didn’t even know it until we asked everyone when their birthday was. We also lost our students in a Victoria's Secret, but we won’t speak of it:) Naomi is a great listener, I can always come to her to ask for advice, relate to, or express my feelings. There have been many nights where we just cry and talk about our feelings. Naomi and I can relate to so many things, with grades, friends, guys, and maturity. That is why she is one of my best friends. She deserves to be recognized because she is always there for people, going the extra mile to help others out.
