Leadership Goals: Capture each important moment of senior year, to look back and cherish each moment. Going away to college is starting a new chapter in my life. Documenting my last page of my current chapter will stay with me throughout my life, and is a source to look back on when I am older to show my own children, friends, and family.
Creating events on campus that we have never done before, that are covid safe.Sitting through the Scott Backovich training has made me realize how many events we are able to put on that do not cost a lot, do not take a lot of time, and will get everyone involved and participating. I want this year to be memorable.
Short Term Goals: Apply to colleges/ scholarships.Within the next couple months I will be needing to find time to sit down and apply to colleges. I plan to apply to Oklahoma State University, UC Davis, Fresno State, Boise State, and Wyoming State. I also have a list of scholarships that I can apply to, to get financial aid through college.
Compete and invest more time in Phelps Cattle Co. This is my last year being able to show cattle before going off to college. I want to help our business grow by working on marketing, designing hats, creating an Instagram, and competing with my steer and heifer at jackpots, hopefully to bring home the ribbons.
Long Term Goals: Focus on self image, skin, weight and eating right. As a goal I would like to start to love my body for what it is. This year I have also experienced acne. Acne is the one thing that ruins my self confidence, something that will deteriorate my self esteem. For how many medications and skin care routines I have tried, I hope to have better skin by the end of this year.
I wish to be the best version of myself all of the time.No matter how tough life gets, and no matter how many people take advantage of me with nothing in return, I will still be the best version of myself. I want to be the change in someone's life, known for being a heart of gold and a well rounded person. I want to stay true to myself, to keep my word, and to put the best version of myself out.
